Ballroom Rental
When you are looking for a beautiful and historic location to hold your wedding and reception or private event, this is the venue for you.
Your tables and chairs will be set up to your specifications as early as 8:30 am and you are welcome to come in right away to decorate.
Enjoy your evening of dinner, dancing and friends while using the venue until 11 pm with final walk through at 12 am.
Monday-Thursday (Event to start after 5 pm) $1000
Friday (Event to start after 5 pm) $1800
Saturday (All Day) $2000
Sunday (Event to start after 1 pm) $1700
Ballroom fee includes:
40 various tables and 220 fabric chairs
Custom set up of tables/chairs,
Kitchen/Dining room use without additional charge,
Various props such as Arches, Foliage, Lights,
PA for toasting and announcements,
Light janitorial after your event.
On Site Rentals Provided by An Event to Remember
Theatre Rental
Historic Grand Theatre All Days (4 hours of Event use) $550
Theatre fee includes:
Use of the Theater,
Podium,
Fixed stage lighting,
4 various tables and 10 fabric chairs in lobby,
Dressing rooms,
Light janitorial after your event.
When you hire the theatre sound tech,
they will monitor the use of the:
Use of DVD player and projector,
Movie screen,
Microphone (Hand Held or lapel),
iPod dock,
CD player,
Light and sound boards.
Refundable Amount:
There is an additional $150 cleaning deposit and is refundable after the event if the venue is left in the same condition it was rented in.
HOURLY RENTALS
Due to recent requests - hourly rentals are available at a rate of $200/ hour and are billed from beginning of set up to final walk through. These are only available on rentals less than 60 days from the inquiry date and will be reserved as follows - 50% of estimated usage to be collected by secured credit card at contract signing with remaining adjusted balance to be paid at end of event.
