Wedding & Reception Only Package
When you are looking for just a beautiful location to hold your wedding and reception, and have time to come in and decorate the day of your event - this is the package that will suit you the best. Your tables and chairs will be set up to your specifications and you can come in as early as 8 am to decorate. Enjoy your evening of dinner, dancing and friends while using the venue until the closing time of 11 pm and then lock up at 12 pm. There is not a separate Theatre or Sound Tech Fee.

Wedding & Reception Plus Package
Your ideas - our time and assistance. The Theatre will provide the excellent backdrop for your ceremony and the Ballroom for your reception while comfortably seating just over 200 guests. Your tables and chairs will be set, Black or Ivory linens provided, along with your decorations in place by the venue provided Day Of Coordinator who will be on site with you to provide assistance throughout your entire event. The Coordinator will also assist you with venue clean up to be sure that all of your gifts and decorations are loaded into the right vehicles and all of your rental items make it back to the correct locations! There is not a separate Theatre or Sound Tech fee.

Wedding and Reception Ultimate Package
What would be better than having three days to have a relaxed wedding and reception set up all for you? Come in on your first day to look over the final set up of your decorations for both the wedding and reception, hold your rehearsal in the Theatre and then enjoy a gift certificate towards your rehearsal dinner at one of many local downtown restaurants, come in on the day of your event to have everything ready and waiting for you, and then come back the final day to simply pick up all of your boxed decorations and gifts. Also included are linens w/ overlay, napkins, place settings, Day Of Coordinator and wedding planning assistance throughout the 9-12 months before your event. There is not a separate Theatre or Sound Tech Fee. $4500
Ballroom fee includes:
43 various tables and 250 fabric chairs
Custom set up of tables/chairs,
Kitchen/Dining room use without additional charge,
Various props such as Arches, Foliage, Lights,
PA for toasting and announcements,
Garbage removal, restroom clean up and final mopping after your event.
Theatre fee includes:
Use of the Theater,
Podium,
Fixed stage lighting,
4 various tables and 10 fabric chairs in lobby,
Dressing rooms,
Garbage removal and restroom clean up after your event.
The theatre sound tech will monitor the use of the:
Use of DVD player and projector,
Movie screen,
Microphone (Lavaliere and Hand Held),
iPod dock,
CD player,
Light and sound boards.
Refundable Amount:
There is an additional $250 cleaning deposit and is refundable within 7 days after the event if the venue is left in the same condition it was found in.
