Ballroom fee includes: use of tables/chairs, custom set up of tables/chairs, and light janitorial after your event. If the facility isn't rented the day before we let you come in a day early to begin set up. If the facility is rented, you may come in as early as you wish on your day. Theatre fee includes: Use of the Theater, podium, lighting, tables in lobby or stage, and light janitorial after your event. Hiring the sound tech includes use of DVD player and projector, movie screen, microphone, iPod dock, CD player, light and sound boards.
