For meetings up to 20 people we recommend the Conference Room. The Conference Room has specatular views of downtown Salem. Dry erase board and easel included. ADA accessible by elevator and one ADA restroom.
The Lodge Room can seat up to 160 at tables/chairs or 260 in rows. The Lodge Room has a podium with microphones, one handheld mic, wireless DSL, and CD player. Room fee includes use of equipment, set up and light janitorial after your meeting. ADA accessible and one ADA restroom.
For larger meetings we recommend the Grand Theatre. The theatre auditorium can seat up to 375 people in fixed theater seating. Equipment includes 18 X 24 foot theater screen, DVD player and projectors, CD player, microphone, podium, sound board and light board. Use of the equipment requires a sound technician. The Grand Theatre is located on the ground floor, and has one ADA restroom available for your guests, main restrooms are located on the balcony level.

HOURLY RENTALS
Due to recent requests - hourly rentals are available at a rate of $200/ hour and are billed from beginning of set up to final walk through. These are only available on rentals less than 60 days from the inquiry date and will be reserved as follows - 50% of estimated usage to be collected by secured credit card at contract signing with remaining adjusted balance to be paid at end of event.
